Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking a Summer Field Trip Camp Counselor for Los Gatos (Blossom Hill Park). This seasonal role runs through the summer with field trips from 6/5/2026 to 8/12/2026, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. The hourly wage ranges from $20.25 to $22.75, with actual pay based on experience.

You will chaperone outings, supervise campers, and help maintain safety and wellness while traveling to multiple stops. A strong, caring attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, supervise campers, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops with kids while keeping them engaged.
• Actively supervising campers and ensuring camp policies are followed.
• Record notable concerns, injuries, and camper allergies as needed.
