Job summary

BNY is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program in Engineering – Production Services in New York. You will support maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications within a global, enterprise environment, and apply AI tools to analyze trends and improve performance.

The program includes onboarding, structured mentorship, hands-on projects across practices, and exposure to platform and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and technology platforms in a complex enterprise environment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute work, resolve issues, and support both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
• Leverage AI and other toolsets to monitor production health, analyze trends and performance data, and help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support activities while building knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
