Job summary

AGCO invites engineering students to join its Summer 2027 Engineering Internship Program in Jackson, MN. You'll work on projects across Manufacturing/Quality Engineering, Test/Validation Engineering, and Design Engineering, gaining hands-on experience and presenting results at the internship conclusion.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and plan to continue enrollment after Summer 2027.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on learning approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Professional mindset with effective communication skills.
Familiarity with CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of an engineering project and present results at the internship conclusion.
Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and business partners to solve challenges.
Support projects across Manufacturing/Quality, Test/Validation, and Design Engineering.
