Iron Will Ventures is seeking highly motivated Summer Interns to support engineering, analysis, and program operations. Interns will work on real projects in flight testing, advanced weapons systems, and national security initiatives alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in engineering, math, physics, OR operations research.
• Strong academic performance and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis related to flight tests and system performance.
• Assist with modeling, simulation, or technical assessments.
• Support test planning or post-test analysis.
• Contribute to briefings and documentation.
