Qualifikationen

• Pursuing an Associate degree in Applied Science with a focus in Electrical Technology from a technical college.
• Completed at least one year of coursework in Electrical or Instrumentation Technology.
• Familiarity with DC circuits, soldering, wiring, electrical schematics, electrical diagnostics, problem-solving, and KiCad.
• Strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Damaged Instrumentation Repair Sensor Repair - Diagnose and identify failure mode and repair if possible
• Pressure Transducers
• Optical Sensors
• String Potentiometers
• Rotary Encoders
• Calibration tools (i.e. Torque wrenches, TC readouts, etc.)
• Data Acquisition Interface with DAQ systems and confirm issues
• Will require simulation of Input/Outputs
• Document issue in detail for communication with OEM Instrumentation Document Management
• Assist in creating processes and documentation for calibration and preventative maintenance procedures on many types of test systems and sensors
• Create electrical schematics of basic circuits and electrical systems
• Assist in the update of complex electromechanical testing systems as needed
