Job summary

Qualifications

• Major/Program: Electrical or Computer Engineering
• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, Adobe PDF
• C or C++ programming language proficiency
• Data analysis / mathematical proficiency
• Comfortable in an office and lab environment
• Strong desire to learn, self-motivated and responsible
• High attention to detail, focused and organized

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering professionals on tasks supporting new product development and sustaining engineering
• Develop understanding of product sustaining and development environment
• Apply skills learned in education to real-world engineering projects
• Work with tools for electronic design, such as simulation software and firmware development
• Gain experience with design for electromagnetic, safety, and wireless compliance
• Embedded software programming development, test and debug
• Hardware level testing of product function
