Job summary

AutoZone's 2027 Summer Internship – eCommerce in Memphis offers rising juniors, seniors, and graduate students a hands-on opportunity to work on optimization of digital platforms and customer experience within AutoZone's eCommerce operations. The program includes mentorship, cross-functional shadowing, and development workshops.

You will collaborate with product teams and CX stakeholders, manage projects, and gain practical experience driving growth and innovation in a retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• Rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students enrolled in an accredited college/university for Summer 2027 internship (June 7–August 6, 2027).
• Must reside in the Memphis area for the duration of the internship; relocation assistance available for eligible non-local students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing assigned projects in a dynamic team environment.
• Support optimization of AutoZone's digital platforms and analyze user behavior.
• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience across eCommerce operations.
• Collaborate with business partners, digital product teams, and CX stakeholders; manage your own projects.
