Nerding is hiring a Summer Director to run the six-week Eduprize campus program in Gilbert, AZ. You’ll lead the daily operation, support teachers and staff, and handle behavior issues so instruction stays uninterrupted. Owners Micah and Niecy provide backing throughout the summer.

The role requires energy, strong people skills, and a knack for coordinating teams on campus. Compensation starts at $1,000 per week for roughly 40 hours, with a predictable schedule.

The Summer Director leads the entire summer operation. You support teachers, manage assistants, handle behavior issues, and run the daily flow so everyone else can focus on teaching. This is the position the owners, Micah and Niecy, have handled themselves each summer, and they would still be right there backing you up.

The pay

Starts at $1,000/wk (about $25/hr), based on roughly 40 hours a week for the six weeks we run Summer Nerding.

Schedule, current and upcoming

• Six weeks of Summer Nerding, roughly 8 hours a day.
• Mondays: 7:00am to 4:30pm (the big set-up day).
• Tuesday through Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm.
