Job summary

Girl Scouts Of Central Texas is seeking a Girl Scout Day Camp Manager to oversee summer day camp operations in Austin. You will lead camp activities, manage staff and volunteers, ensure safety, and uphold Girl Scout program standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires coordinating programming, health and safety compliance, and maintaining records, working closely with the Camp Services Director to deliver quality experiences for campers aged six through seventeen.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all camp activities, programming, campers, and staff for summer day camp.
• Coordinate camp activities including food service, programming, scheduling staff and volunteer management.
• Ensure health and safety of campers and staff and adherence to regulations.
• Maintain attendance records and program participation data.
• Provide quality, timely customer service and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with Camp Services Director and management for cohesive operations.
