Job Objective: Plan, develop, organize, and supervise/direct programs for The Salvation Army Day Camp.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School/GED and two (2) years college or adequate work experience.
Experience:Prior supervisory and management experience with the ability to train and lead staff and/or volunteers. Experience working with children preferred
Certifications/Licenses:CPR/First Aid

Physical Requirements: Include vision, hearing, and speaking; actively participating in indoor and outdoor activities with children, standing for long periods of time; walking, running, bending, reaching; lifting up to 25 lbs. Travel: None
Driving:This position requires an employee to drive. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business.
Working Conditions: The work environment for this position includes an office, gym, and outdoor environment with a low to high noise level.
