Job summary

Ragle Inc. invites a Data Engineering Intern for a 10-week summer program in North Richland Hills, TX. You will develop software, analyze data, and automate workflows to support the data team while learning from experienced professionals.

The role focuses on ETL/ELT pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and data integrations with systems like Samsara and NTTA, using Python, Node.js, SQL, and Azure services. Housing is provided for eligible interns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic experience with Python, JavaScript/Node.js, SQL, databases, APIs, Power BI, or cloud technologies through coursework or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and eager to learn unfamiliar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and analyze data to improve efficiency for the data team.
• Automate workflows using Python, Node.js, SQL, and Azure Container Apps Jobs.
• Build, test, and support ETL/ELT pipelines for operational data.
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards and datasets tracking equipment activity and performance.
• Support workflow automation with Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Azure Event Grid.
• Assist with data integrations involving systems like Samsara, Gauge, and NTTA.
• Participate in Git-based development, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot data quality, refresh, and performance issues with guidance from the data engineering team.
