Scotiabank is seeking a 2027 Summer Analyst for Corporate Access in New York City. You will support Sales, Trading, Research, and Banking in daily operations while gaining exposure to the Global Banking & Markets division.

The role emphasizes marketing document preparation, event coordination, and CRM data management. Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree to be completed between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Independent thinker who can contribute effectively to the team’s success.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion to work in a client-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly marketing documents for publication while maintaining departmental spreadsheets.
• Assist team leads with Global Industry Conference lineup, attendance lists, logistics, Salesforce reconciliation, and on-site event setup.
• Create new events, add companies, presentation slots, investors and meetings as required.
• Assist in creating Marketing flyers and signs (Save the Dates, Invites, Agendas, Digital Signage, Door signs) and manage RSVPs through Corporate Access inbox for Non-Deal Roadshows and group events.
• Assist with RSVPs through Corporate Access inbox for conferences.
• Ensure new/missing contacts are added into Salesforce/Tier1.
• Reconcile and review one-on-one meetings synced into MeetMax, correct where applicable.
