Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Ability to work with large data sets and in a dynamic office environment near a trading floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day risk management and control tasks with Internal Controls teams in the US and abroad.
• Contribute to reviewing and developing training content for business personnel on non-financial risks and controls.
• Support reconciliation tasks and manage regulatory controls inventory updates.
• Collate updates from stakeholders to prepare Internal Control presentation decks for management committees.
• Help update and maintain Internal Control policies and procedures.
• Support automation of manual processes and enhance data analytics and reporting.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by senior Internal Control management.
