Job summary

AArete is seeking an ambitious Consulting Intern to join our Chicago office for the 2027 internship. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build business cases, and deliver client-ready solutions across multiple industries, including healthcare and financial services.

You will apply your analytical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful projects while developing your consulting toolkit and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student entering their third year or fourth year in a 5-year program (Spring 2028 Grad).
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to spend the summer in our downtown Chicago office, daily in the office June 7–August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
• Support a pro-bono project for a non-profit to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with analysts, consultants, and managers to deliver client solutions.
• Utilize Excel and SQL for data analysis for clients.
• Prepare deliverables for project leadership.
• Understand client business context and identify savings opportunities.
