Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is seeking coaches for its golf, tennis and pickleball summer camps in Washington, DC. Coaches provide individualized attention to help each child succeed and maintain a fun, stress-free, non-competitive environment.

Coaches will participate in monthly trainings and follow the coaching manual. Prior sports experience is preferred but not required; reliable transportation is needed for week-long shifts (morning, afternoon, or both).

Qualifications

• Coaches should have reliable transportation.
• Experience in golf/tennis/pickleball is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to attend monthly trainings.

We are seeking coaches for our golf, tennis and pickleball summer camps.

Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success. Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach so ensure classes are fun and we create a stress-free environment. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending [monthly/week/season] trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual [update based on brand].

Requirements

Coaches should have reliable transportation, and will work week-long shifts in the morning (8:30-12:30), afternoon (12:30-4:00) or both. Experience in the sport (golf, tennis or pickleball) is expected, but coaches need not be experts.

Benefits

• Assistant coach pay is $500-550/week depending on shift length.
• Head coach pay is $700-750.
