Job summary

TGA Sports is seeking coaches for our golf, tennis and pickleball summer camps in Seattle. Coaches provide attentive, non-competitive instruction to help each child succeed and enjoy a stress-free environment. They will participate in monthly trainings and follow the coaching manual to continuously improve.

Shifts run morning and/or afternoon, with reliable transportation required. Experience in the sport is preferred but not mandatory; coaching is a fun, ongoing journey.

Qualifications

• Relevant coaching experience in golf, tennis or pickleball.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Coaches should be able to work week-long shifts in morning, afternoon, or both.

Responsibilities

• Coach sports during morning (8:30-12:30) or afternoon (12:30-4:00) shifts, or both.
• Foster a non-competitive, fun, stress-free environment for children.
• Provide positive reinforcement and attend monthly trainings per brand guidelines.

Requirements

Coaches should have reliable transportation, and will work week-long shifts in the morning (8:30-12:30), afternoon (12:30-4:00) or both. Experience in the sport (golf, tennis or pickleball) is expected, but coaches need not be experts.

Benefits

Assistant coach pay is $500-550/week depending on shift length. Head coach pay is $700-750.
