Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in technical contexts.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and data.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and possess a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, and data to plan and design projects.
• Prepares cost estimates and feasibility assessments based on data.
• Uses computer aided design software to create engineering documents.
• Meets with clients to coordinate changes and gather requirements.
• Coordinates with officials to obtain approvals and permits.
• Tracks project progress and reports activity per regulations and policy.
