Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from internal/external bank clients and troubleshoot Card Services issues.
• Reply to or redirect customer emails.
• Perform card-related tasks (ATM/Debit/Credit card maintenance, limits, research).
• Submit fraud-related Debit Card dispute cases.
• Review and work on Debit Card reports and related documents.
• Process return-mail of ATM/Debit Cards.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
