Job Summary

Serve as an Instructor/Counselor for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Camps run Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. for 6 weeks (July 7 – August 15). Responsibilities include greeting parents and participants, providing excellent customer service, and actively engaging with groups during passive/active games, drills, and more.

Locations

Currently hiring for:

• Summit Park (7/14-7/18, 7/28-8/1 & 8/11-8/15). Note: Must be available for a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue between 6/30-7/2.

Hiring fair on June 3 & 4. All applicants must attend one of these days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fun, learning, and safety for all participants

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems
• Ability to take charge and ensure participant safety
• Critical thinker with situational awareness and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check
• Reliable transportation and dependability—no callouts tolerated
