Join our team as a Summer Camp Swim Instructor at Life Time Inc.

We are looking for motivated individuals to work in a dynamic environment, helping both adults and children improve their swimming skills. As a Swim Instructor, you will teach essential life skills, evaluate swimming levels, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of our Aquatics Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and organize Aquatics events
• Respond to member questions and concerns
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool area
• Promote and sell Aquatics programs and services

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club
• Effective communication skills with guests
• Swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs routinely

Preferred Skills

• Experience in swim lesson instruction or coaching
