Job summary

Mentoring Alliance in Abilene, TX is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join the Mentoring Alliance Summer Camps staff team as summer staff. The role centers on leading campers through a daily program that includes Bible study, activities, meals, worship times, and other events.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, have a heart for kids, and are committed to excellence and godly living. This is a temporary, summer-only position reporting to the Summer Camps Director.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday during the summer months.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of campers through the daily program.
• Facilitate Bible study, activity classes, meals, worship times and events.
• Model godly character and serve as a positive role model.
