Job summary

The Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join the MASC Summer Staff, leading campers through daily programs that include Bible study, activities, meals, worship times, and events.

You will serve as a role model, committed to excellence and developing kids to their God-given potential. This is a temporary, summer-only position reporting to the Summer Camps Director.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to meet the program’s requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; post-secondary training is an asset.
• Demonstrates a heart for ministry and working with elementary-age children.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead campers through daily program activities including Bible study and classes.
• Coordinate meals, worship times, and other events for campers.
• Serve as a positive role model and support the Summer Camps Director.
