We're hiring enthusiastic, college-age students to join our team and experience firsthand how serving at camp can deepen both their own faith and that of their campers through outdoor adventure. Whether working as a counselor or support staff, a photographer, or a boat driver, all our summer staff share the same heart for investing in the lives of campers and pointing them towards Christ. Available Roles for Summer 2025:

1. Counselors – Invest in and build relationships with a new group of 10 campers every week. All activities are aimed at pointing campers towards Christ. Counselors will have a co and stay in the cabin with campers.
2. Support Staff – Trained on various roles, primarily behind-the-scenes work, with the same heart for investing in campers and pointing them to Jesus. Support staff do not stay in the cabin with campers.
   • Utility – Assists with high ropes activities (such as belaying), meal prep, serving, and cleaning in the kitchen.
   • Photographers/Videographers – Capture memorable moments for campers to cherish forever.
   • Boat Drivers – Serve on support staff, specializing in driving campers on boats on Carters Lake for water activities like tubing. Previous experience required. Lifeguard training will be provided.
   • A-Team – Facilitates ropes courses and zip-lines. Lifeguard training is typically included.

Room and board are included with all positions at no cost to staff; these are not deducted from the weekly salary.

Qualifications for Hire:

• Must be at least one year out of high school.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification during staff training.
• Available to attend staff training from May 18th to May 31st.
