Join to apply for the Summer Camp Program Manager (Steilacoom District) role at Right At School

Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment to support student success.

Program Manager Pay Rate: $22.50-24.50/hr (based on education and experience)

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring safety and joy by supporting staff and maintaining operational standards.
  2. Supporting safety protocols and identifying potential risks.
  3. Engaging effectively with families, staff, and children, and maintaining communication with the Area Manager.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with attendance procedures.
  5. Implementing daily activities and maintaining a safe, engaging environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service.
  • At least 12 college credits of 100+ level courses.
  • Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
  • Knowledge of child development or related training.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Google software or willingness to learn.
Washington state requirements:
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements including First Aid/CPR, tuberculosis test, MMR proof, Food Handlers Card, background check, and being 18+ years old.
