Job summary

Sky Ranch is seeking a Summer Camp Manager to develop and execute the camp ministry content, programs, and staff management across our sites. You will lead curriculum development, recruit and train summer staff, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department to support ministry objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in summer camp ministry or youth ministry.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute camp programs.
• Develop and deliver curriculum for camp ministry.
• Recruit, hire, and train summer staff.
• Manage summer and full‑time camp staff.
• Oversee budgets for camp programs.
• Lead staff spiritual development.
• Produce content for LifeMap and assigned programs.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
