Sky Ranch is seeking a Summer Camp Manager to develop and execute the Camp Ministry content, programs, and staff management across campuses, with focus on Morph & Quest programs for Grades 7-9.

You will lead curriculum delivery, recruit and train summer staff, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and serve as a ministry leader for campers and families. Strong organizational and leadership skills are required, along with experience in youth ministry and proficiency with office software.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in summer camp ministry or youth ministry.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and creating quality experiences.
