Job summary

DEAN Adventure Camps, LLC is seeking a Lifeguard & Support Counselor for summer programs at our PA location. You will guard pools, ensure camper safety, and assist with behind-the-scenes camp operations.

This role requires current lifeguard certification, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to work June–August, 35 hours per week, on-site. You’ll contribute to a fun, safe environment for children ages 4–16, with perks and training provided.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification with First Aid and CPR/AED.
• At least 4 years of lifeguard experience in a camp setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Willingness to work a summer on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Enforce water safety rules and supervise swimmers.
• Perform rescues and administer First Aid/CPR.
• Assist with camp operations and transitions.
• Support activity setup and logistics across campus.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and communicate progress with staff.
