Job summary

Young Life is seeking Summer Camp Interns to support both outreach and adventure camps in Colorado Springs. Interns will be committed to Christ, serve with excellence, and grow in their leadership and ministerial abilities while assisting in daily camp operations.

Roles include hosting, guest services, activities support, and spiritual formation opportunities, with a focus on building relationships and serving campers in a Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Program is for men and women who believe in the mission of Young Life and are seeking the Lord’s calling.
• Volunteer Summer Staff preferred.
• Must be willing to commit to program and lifestyle expectations listed above.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled intern activities, including Bible study, fellowship, and meetings.
• Provide hospitality and servant leadership to guests, staff, and volunteers.
• Help supervise camp volunteers and assist with camp operations and safety.
• Support camp programs and lead in faith-based ministry opportunities.
