General Summary: Under the Camp Director's guidance, the Summer Camp Lead is responsible for managing camp operations, ensuring safety, delivering high-quality programs, and exceeding members' expectations.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Manage Summer Camp operations with visible leadership.
  • Ensure children's safety through monitoring and interaction.
  • Handle customer service, communication, marketing, program planning, and revenue tracking.
  • Enforce health and safety standards and HR practices.
  • Monitor staff adherence to uniforms and standards.
  • Communicate effectively and follow up promptly.
  • Represent the camp professionally in appearance and communication.
