Job summary

Gravity Gymnastics in New York is seeking energetic summer camp staff to lead and engage campers in a safe, active program. You will guide activities, ensure safety, and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting with gymnastics activities, running games, and helping with daily routines while training through Gravity University. On-site shifts range from morning to full-day, offering a chance to stay active and make a real difference this summer.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with children or gymnastics.
• Available for the full camp season.
• Willing to complete Gravity University training.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support, and actively engage campers throughout the day
• Assist with gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, and group games
• Help create a safe, structured, and fun environment for all children
• Support daily routines including transitions, snack/lunch time, and clean-up
• Be a positive role model—encouraging teamwork, respect, and confidence
• Communicate effectively with your team and management

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and committed team players for the full camp season
• High energy, positive attitude, and love for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and complete required training (Gravity University)
• Experience with children or gymnastics is a must.

Flexible Schedule Options:

• Morning Shift: 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 3:45 PM
• Full Day: 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
