Galileo Learning, LLC is seeking an experienced Camp Director to lead our summer camps for K–8th grade, serving as site General Manager and the public face of the organization.

You will open and operate a Camp Galileo location, lead a dynamic seasonal team, ensure safe, joyful environments, and deliver exceptional camper and family experiences with strong program quality and customer care.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working directly with students in education settings.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or managing adult staff.
• Proven ability to create safe, inclusive environments for children and families.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and operational details.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own every aspect of camp launch, preseason planning through end-of-summer wrap-up.
• Serve as operational lead and culture builder, overseeing daily operations and parent communication.
• Train and mentor staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold program standards.
• Use Galileo Innovation Approach to encourage curiosity and problem-solving.
• Build partnerships and serve as the primary face of camp in the community.
