We are seeking fun and creative Seasonal Camp Counselors!

If you love spending time with children of all ages, cherish summer camp memories, and want to make a positive impact, this role is for you.

As a YMCA Summer Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering camp activities successfully. This seasonal position runs from the end of May through mid-August.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years of age
• Preferred: 1+ year experience working with children in a day camp setting
• Experience with outdoor recreation, songs/music, skits, sports, aquatics, games, etc.
• Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions
• Comprehensive background check required for all employees working with children and youth
