Position: Summer Camp Counselor - Bright Horizons at Naperville

Location: 550 E Diehl Road, Naperville, IL 60563

Working under the guidance of the director, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of children by providing a safe and nurturing environment that encourages their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. You will work with a talented team of teachers and assist in designing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum according to Bright Horizons Family Solutions and NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop, coordinate, and schedule program offerings, promoting the program to ensure enrollment.
2. Determine appropriate field trips and make necessary arrangements.
3. Collaborate with supervisors to review decisions and maintain positive relationships with parents, children, co-workers, and clients.
4. Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times, meeting the physical demands of the position.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $18.20, depending on experience, education, certifications, and other factors.
