Join us for a joyful summer in a mission-driven environment! As a Summer Camp Counselor (or Team Leader), you will be the core presence for each camper, guiding them through a safe, engaging, and impactful summer experience. You will stay with the same group all week, creating a supportive environment that emphasizes both physical and emotional safety. This is a seasonal, full-time position, working Monday through Friday.
We are committed to pay transparency and equity. The anticipated hourly rate is $17.25 for first-year staff, with exact pay based on location and experience. Returning staff earn between $17.50 and $18.25 per hour depending on tenure. Camp operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Shifts vary by location and role. Staff must complete online training and attend two pre-camp setup days, which may be scheduled on weekends. Specific dates can be found on our Camp Finder page.
