Join us at Overtime Athletics DMV as a Summer Camp Counselor. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to lead children aged 6-13 through activities such as gym games, arts & crafts, outdoor water play, and themed activities. This is a full-time seasonal position during the summer.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage campers in sports, arts & crafts, STEM, and other recreational activities
• Instruct campers on activity rules and instructions
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
• Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in camp or recreational settings
• Ability to organize and lead group activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports and fitness
• Background check required; CPR/First Aid certification highly recommended
