Job Description
As a Summer Camp Counselor (or Team Leader), you will be the core presence for each camper, guiding them through a safe, impactful, and engaging summer experience. You will stay with the same group all week, creating a supportive environment that prioritizes both physical and emotional safety. This seasonal role involves working full-time Monday through Friday.
Core Responsibilities
Compensation
Starting at $19.56/hour for first-year staff; higher for returning staff based on tenure. Exact pay depends on location and experience.

Qualifications
Experience supervising children, 1+ year in related fields, ability to work full-time during camp, at least 18 years old, and ability to complete background checks and certifications. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Additional Requirements
Must meet Colorado state requirements, including age, experience, and training. Availability for 4+ weeks during camp is preferred.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with pre-camp training and setup days required.
