Job Posting: Summer Camp Counselors Wanted!

As a counselor, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while gaining valuable experience in education and child development.

Join our team at Project Hope, a 4-week summer Day Camp for children aged 5-14! Camp runs Monday-Friday, July 1st to July 25th, 2025 (with July 4th off).

We’re seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and self-starting individuals who thrive in working with children and creating a fun camp environment through imaginative projects. As a counselor, you’ll implement activities and collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure an unforgettable experience for our campers.

Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. High School Diploma or GED
3. Must be available for all 4 weeks of camp and a mandatory staff training day (1 day) in June from 10am-5pm

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with children

Location: Camp UNC in Tunkhannock, PA

Additional Information:

1. Transportation to and from the property from Scranton
