Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and enthusiastic Cook to prepare meals for campers at our summer camp in New Hampshire. This position includes room and board, and the opportunity to work in a fun, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals suitable for children of various ages.
2. Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
3. Inventory Control: Manage supplies and ingredients, and place orders as needed.
4. Collaboration: Work with camp staff to coordinate meal times and special dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, preferably in a camp or institutional setting.
• Ability to prepare meals for large groups of children.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Strong organizational skills.
