Qualifications

• Experienced in commercial/institutional large quantity food production.
• Skills in preparing and cooking an extensive range of quality foods from scratch.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Willing and able to complete tasks throughout the kitchen including meal preparation, clean-up, maintenance, and inventory assistance.
• Strong professional references and ability to pass a background check.

Dates: June 12 to August 11

Salary: $750/week plus travel, room, and board
