Job Title: Summer Camp Cook

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and enthusiastic Cook to lead our culinary program for campers aged 7-15. The Cook will develop and prepare engaging, nutritious meals, foster a positive camp environment, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities

1. Meal Planning: Design and prepare a variety of nutritious meals suitable for children of different age groups.
2. Food Preparation: Cook and serve meals, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
3. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, enforce food safety protocols, and ensure proper handling of all food and equipment.
4. Team Collaboration: Work with camp staff to coordinate meal schedules and accommodate special dietary needs.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor food supplies and submit requests for replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, preferably in a camp or similar setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements

Schedule & Commitment

This is a full-time, seasonal position from June 12th - August 10th, 2025. Compensation includes a competitive salary, room and board, and a travel stipend.
