Wiz Kids Camps seeks an energetic Athletic Director to oversee the camp's athletic program, ensuring safe, engaging, age-appropriate activities and high-quality instruction. This SME supports coaches, fills gaps, and partners with the Site Director to deliver a top-notch camper experience.

Responsibilities include program oversight, feedback to staff, safety enforcement, and seamless coordination with other program areas for a cohesive summer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in athletics, coaching, physical education, or recreation.
• Strong understanding of youth development and safety.
• Ability to lead by influence and mentor peers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee athletic program quality and safety.
• Observe sessions and provide real-time coaching feedback.
• Support athletic staff and fill staffing gaps as needed.
• Collaborate with Site Director on daily camp operations.
• Ensure equipment management and safe setup/breakdown.
