Job summary

Wiz Kids Foundation seeks a Site Director to lead our summer camp operations across multiple locations. You will oversee staff, programming, safety, and daily camp operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and high-quality experiences for campers.

The role involves early pre-season training, staff mentorship, and close collaboration with camp leadership to deliver engaging activities and safe environments for participants.

Qualifications

• Experience managing camp programs or supervising staff.
• Managed a diverse staff of 15-20 associates.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Educational or Sports Administration preferred.
• Classroom instruction experience of at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of operating procedures and policies and complete risk assessments.
• Maintain and administer the camp site.
• Collaborate with HR Director and Operations Director in camp operations.
• Provide support and leadership for staff and participants.
• Evaluate staff on weekly lesson plans, sports programming, and field trips.
