Camp Dates

6/23/2025 (Mon) - 8/22/2025 (Fri) -- (additional weekends for setup and breakdown, plus an orientation date)

Camp Hours

7:30 am - 5:30 pm (actual shifts may vary)

Hourly Wage

$19.75 - $22.25

Job Responsibilities

Staff will facilitate activities, connect with campers, and monitor safety and wellness. Responsibilities vary by role, including creating activity spaces or supporting camp operations. Activities include sewing, animation, maker space, performing arts, arts & crafts, recreation, and more.

Additional Responsibilities

• Supervise campers actively
• Maintain organized, welcoming activity spaces
• Ensure compliance with camp policies
• Report concerns, incidents, or injuries
• Manage camper allergies and dietary restrictions
• Add updates and photos to camper profiles
• Possible off-site chaperoning for field trips

Candidate Qualities

• Excited about guiding kids in decision-making
• Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate
• Comfortable leading groups independently and collaborating
• Energetic and physically capable (up to 40 lbs lifting)
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and learning

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 months camp experience or 1 year in education/child care
• Permission for camp-related email/text contact upon application
• Potential off-site field trip chaperoning

Additional Job Requirements

• Management or leadership experience preferred
• Physically demanding outdoor work
• Preferred qualifications:
