Qualifications

• Applicants must be 15 years old and entering 11th grade prior to starting employment.
• Dates of employment for Counselor Assistants in 2027 are June 21st - August 6th.
• Applicants who will be 16 years of age and entering 11th grade should apply for the Junior Counselor Position.
• Positions are available at Hillside and Clearpool locations.

Responsibilities

• The Camp Counselor Assistant will assist camp Counselors to provide a fun, supportive and warm atmosphere where campers can improve their individual potential, gain understanding of others, experience new ideas and develop an appreciation for the environment.
• Counselor Assistants will support General/Junior counselors within their group, but are not counted towards their group's supervision ratio.
