A community service organization in Pompey Hill is seeking a Camp Evergreen Archery Director to supervise and organize camp programs. This role involves planning activities, ensuring camper safety, and fostering personal growth among youth. Ideal candidates will have prior camp experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission of youth development and community well-being. Seasonal compensation offered includes a $4400 salary per season and training pay of $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a camp environment and supervising staff.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a general knowledge and understanding of YMCA, its goals, and its mission.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and organize camp specialty programs.
• Communicate effectively with campers, families, and staff.
• Attend all weekly camp staff meetings and additional meetings as needed.
