Position Overview: The Archery Specialist leads safe, engaging archery programming for campers and oversees the daily operation of the archery range. Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate archery instruction for campers of varying skill levels
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe, well-managed range
• Set up, inspect, and maintain archery equipment and range facilities
• Teach proper technique, form, and range etiquette
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that builds campers’ confidence
• Collaborate with program staff to integrate archery into the broader camp experience
