Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Camp Counselor to implement camp activities for children aged 3 to 15 at our Bellevue location. You will help create a safe, clean, and fun environment while following department guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities include organizing age-appropriate activities, supervising campers, coordinating with parents, and participating in camp events and training. CPR/First Aid certification is required, and weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children in daycare or camp environments.
• Strong customer service attitude and abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, dependable team player.
• Self-motivated and willing to acquire new skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Computer literate.
• CPR and first aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize Campers ages 3 to 15 years old.
• Provide a safe, clean environment including cleaning workspaces after activities.
• Ensure campers are supervised at all times.
• Greet parents and children and invite participation in activities.
• Organize age-appropriate activities such as sports, arts & crafts, group games.
• Transfer campers between activities and locations as needed.
• Communicate with parents in a detailed and professional manner.
• Represent the club in a professional manner and participate in events and trainings.
