Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking staff for their Bellevue, WA summer camp to supervise and guide children ages 4–12 through diverse activities. The role emphasizes play, leadership, teamwork, and creating an inclusive environment.

Shifts run 8:00 am – 6:00 pm over the camp season (with setup/breakdown weekends). Prior camp-related experience and CPR/First Aid certification are required before Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Oversee activity spaces or rotate in support roles; build engaging, kid-centered experiences.
