Job summary

The 10-week summer internship at TIAA offers hands-on experiences, professional development curriculum, mentorship, and exclusive access to executive leadership.

Participants may be based in Chicago or New York depending on team placement and must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Current enrolled in a degree‑seeking program with expected graduation date between December 2027– June 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S., and not require current or future work visa sponsorship
• Ability to work in, or relocate to, Chicago or New York City, depending on team placement

Responsibilities

• Support high‑impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects that align with objectives
• Collaborate on strategic presentations and research, delivering PowerPoint and Excel materials
• Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
• Drive independent research to gather market intelligence and competitive analysis
• Participate in exclusive executive speaker series, training programs, and networking events
• Gain hands‑on experience across multiple departments to explore business functions
• Develop industry knowledge and understanding of TIAA's culture and position in financial services
