Job summary

TIAA’s Enterprise Analytics Summer Internship offers a 10-week hands-on rotation across data analytics, strategy, and retirement platforms. You’ll work directly with data scientists and business leaders, delivering dashboards, models, and strategic insights that inform decisions.

Participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in targeted workshops, and develop professional skills through mentorship and network-building.

Qualifications

• Current enrolled in a degree-seeking program with expected graduation date between December 2027– June 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S., and not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to answer business questions and support client outcomes.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports using BI tools and SQL.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and presentations.
• Support predictive modeling, experimentation, and pilot measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver actionable analyses.
